What to do if you have forgotten your password

  1. Create a new account using a new username and a new email address that you have not used when registering in this system previously. (It doesn't even have to be a real email address, just look like one)
  2. Email Digital.Futures.CoHM@utas.edu.au giving both your original and new usernames and email addresses.

We will then merge the two accounts and set your original account's password to use the password you set for your new account, and contact you to let you know when this is done.

Please note that merging accounts is currently a manual process and may take a week or so to be processed

Do not create a new account using a previously registered account name or emial address

Doing so will prevent you logging in with any credentials, correct or otherwise
