Sign up to create an account in the system for you. In order to access slide collections you will need to supply the corresponding cohort key(s). Alternatively you may supply your cohort key(s) afterwards via your profile page.

For UTAS students: each unit will have its own (new) cohort key each semester.

Your cohort keys will be avaiable from your lecturer/organisation. If you need access to more than one cohort you may add the corresponding key(s) via your profile page.

For University of Tasmania staff and students it is recomended that you use your standard username. Note that the password you set here is independent of your standard acccount.

password requirements

Your password must be:

Minumum length of 14 characters
Maximum length of 32 characters
Composed of 4 or more dictionary words*
It should be memorable but hard to guess
It should not be a single long dictorary word or numeric sequence
It should not contain any personal information

*If you prefer to use a password manager, a password using 14 random characters is still a suitable choice

What to do if you have forgotten your password

Create a new account using a new username and a new email address that you have not used when registering in this system previously. (It doesn't even have to be a real email address, just look like one)
Email Jamie.Chapman@utas.edu.au giving both your original and new usernames and email addresses.

We will then merge the two accounts and set your original account's password to use the password you set for your new account, and contact you to let you know when this is done.

Please note that merging accounts is currently a manual process and may take a week or so to be processed

Do not create a new account using a previously registered account name or emial address

Doing so will prevent you logging in with any credentials, correct or otherwise
